Chef’s Menu was founded in 2008 by Owner & Executive Chef, Dieter Quinn.

Hailing from Sydney, Australia with experience in restaurants both abroad & in Atlanta, Chef Dieter was hired as the “House Chef” at the Beta Psi Chapter of Sigma Chi. He focused on preparing meals made from scratch, with culinary passion & a commitment to quality that eclipsed the cafeteria-style convenience & frozen food served elsewhere on campus. As other Chapters sought the same quality of food & service, Chef Dieter was encouraged by the Sigma Chi Brotherhood & Alumni to start what would become a successful Meal Plan Management Company.

Chef’s Menu is proud to serve our clients on Campus at GA Tech and Emory University. Providing the best quality, variety, and well balanced meals is what we do best!

We’ve developed a repertoire of popular menu items that will be sure to keep your Chapter satisfied. We use only the freshest ingredients, prepared with care by one of our many well-trained chefs. All of our talented Chefs are Serve Safe Certified and have been trained in Chef’s Menu’s own top standards of operations.

At Chef’s Menu our business is serving great meals made from scratch. We understand the importance of listening to what our customers are saying, and we make it a priority for feedback to be given freely and often.

We encourage feedback directly to our Chef’s. Every week, our emailed menus include a link to an online survey. The results of these surveys are brought to our weekly Chef’s Meetings to discuss and plan accordingly. “Crave Sheets” are also posted in dining rooms. We appreciate constructive criticism, but hearing great compliments on the food and service we provide is our favorite!

CATERING

Chef’s Menu also caters! Our priority is always with our Fraternities & Sororities, providing game day tailgates, social events, and Rush / Recruitment Catering – however, when available, we can provide a wide variety of catering services, from private in-home personal Chef services, corporate events & Weddings – all at great value. Our satisfied clientele include GA Tech Alumni, local entrepreneurs & businesses, the Cathedral of Christ the King & The Archbishop of Atlanta.
